It was really nice to hire Mike for the job. Everything was done to a professional standard. Communication was not a problem either. Mike continuously updated me to keep me informed leading to the date of the job. My only regret is that I did not hire Mike for my previous jobs because he would have done so much better and would have been more reliable. I would like to thank Mike for his professionalism and for all the trade secret tips :) I will not hesitate to hire him again and we have already talked about a job in future. Stephen and his team have done a really great job fixing up our tired hallway, landing and stairs. We had quite a few bits we wanted doing including plastering, various bits of carpentry (new skirting boards, architraves, and replacing the banister), adding a new light switch and changing the lights in the hall to downlights, putting the radiator pipes in the wall and laying some flooring in the hallway. Stephen did a great job with the plastering and carpentry and arranged the other contractors for the electrical and plumbing work. Stephen was really easy to work with. We were able to get a quote quickly and was able to be on site within a few weeks. He was really helpful throughout and went the extra mile to help us find the skirting board we were after. We're really pleased with the finish of the job and it's looking so much better than before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephen and C&A contractors.

Skim coated an artex ceiling in a bedroom. Job was done a fair while ago now, ceiling has since been primed and painted and so far had no issues with the work! Was very tidy made the effort to protect walls and floor whilst doing work. Would use again.
