Did not come on day agreed to give quotation - came later and apologised. Agreed price and date for work. Complete no show on the day, and has not replied to telephone (no answer, left message) or email. A full week has now passed without contact. Have wasted 2 days of my life cancelling fishing, walk with friend and a bridge tournament. Not prepared to waste any more time.

Nick started off by what I thought was a decent job. However it has since transpired his work is less than adequate. There were trowel marks left in the ceiling which he did come to resolve. However in resolving it he expected me to point out every blemish and holding his electrical cable for the sander he was using. He was in protective goggles, mask and work clothes; I had none of this as I didn’t realise I would be involved in sorting this. I was covered in dust and had to walk out due to coughing and choking on all the dust. When it came to payment he was very forceful and was on the phone to me an hour after he has left asking me to pay my invoice. I hadn’t even finished cleaning the room after him. There have since been further cracks in the walls and lots of other flaking. He came up with several excuses as to why this was including that the building has substantial movement… although the surveyors of the property say different. I’m sure the surveyors would love to have some of Nick’s expertise in this! Walls have started chipping and flaking and now I cannot contact Nick to resolve any issues as he blocked me. The chipping is so bad it’s falling off the walls onto the floor. I have images of all of this to back it up. Due to this inadequate work I will be having to take further action to get it all rectified. I would certainly not be recommending Nick.
