you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Dominic and John were brilliant! I needed my kitchen walls plastered. Dominic came to have a look and sent me a very competitive quote right away. The communication was flawless and the finish is very professional and clean - extremely smooth touch. I recommended both to a friend and that job has also already been completed with the same quality result. I wish I had hired them for the parts that the guys from damp company did. Not comparable.

Peter is a real find. He has fantastic suggestions at the quotation phase and he is very reasonably priced. Whilst doing the work itself he was punctual, very hard working and cleaned up after himself properly every night, helping to make it easy to live with the work ongoing. Property Fellas refurbished a 2 bedroom flat which included replacing the kitchen and painting throughout. Most of the work was carried out by Marios Katsiris, while his brother Agi Katsiris managed the business side. Property Fellas is a relatively new company, but Agi and Marios ran several other companies before. The work was carried out to a high standard and the project was completed within the agreed timescale of 3 weeks, and within budget. I found Property Partners pleasant to deal with. Agi was quick in responding to any questions and Marios completed the work to a high standard and was proactive in suggesting solutions to problems and minor changes during the works. Overall, I am very pleased with the result.

Peter carried out the work of plastering my living room ceiling, decorating the living room and repairing some tile work while I was on holiday. From initial contact right up to the completion of the job, Peter was prompt and polite. I felt immediately that I could trust him. The work in the living room was completed to a high standard, as well as the tile replacement in the bathroom. Often with this type of work, things can go wrong, and this job proved to be no exception. However you get a good idea of the integrity of the person you have hired when things don't go to plan. My initial instinct to trust Peter proved correct. As soon as I informed him of the problem one evening, he was at my front door within 30 minutes and the problem rectified. No quibbling. No arguing over whose fault it was. In fact he admitted it was his fault and to his credit, he worked hard to correct the issue and resolve it. On this basis alone, not only would I recommend Peter, I would hire him again to do more jobs in my home. I am very pleased with the service provided by Ivo. He is a very hardworking and trustworthy person who always works with a smile on his face. He is on time and works until the job is done. He kept to our 2-day time scale and finished sooner than his own estimate. We hired Ivo to skim 3 walls in two rooms and he did this for a very reasonable price. The walls were dry, they had, had wallpaper that was painted on the walls for 10+ years which had been removed. Ivo filled all the holes left from the wallpaper with filler, applied a wall treatment to combat the dryness and then skimmed and straightened very wonky walls. Ivo also provided very good advice for our ceilings in the house. He was a great guy to work with who takes pride in his work and I will be hiring him again and have no hesitation in recommending him and his work. Thank you very much Ivo, you were amazing!

Always a bit of worry using a new trades person but I shouldn’t have worried. Lee did a really superb job and took his time to get the finish spot on. On time, a great job and cleaned everything up when he’d finished. What else could you ask for?
