Oral has great communication and turned up at the time he told me he'd be here as well. He was kind, courteous and very clean. I hired Oral to plaster a floating TV wall that I had built with alcoves. He did a superb job and had no hidden costs added on to the quote. Overall very happy with the service, highly recommend Oral and will definitely use again.

The team rebuilt an exterior wall, strengthened floor joists and vented a kitchen extractor fan. They were reliable and arrived on time each day. Communication was very good and they were flexible to changes to the project while it was ongoing. The work was done to a good standard. Overall very good to deal with and trustworthy. Thanks!

A large obsolete brick-post needed to be removed and replaced by a concrete-post and a narrow fence. Kensington Constructors Ltd was invited to do the job due to their experience in demolition and building. For the full day the Kensington team dismantled the pack of bricks with great care for the passing people in the alleyway and the pedestrians of the main road. The bricks went swiftly to the recycling and by efficient planning the concrete post and the fence where immediately available on site to be set. This ended with a superbly set fencing the corner of the property exactly meeting the requirements. Small or larger jobs that need to be done on time, on cost, as planned, Kensington Constructors is the first choice.

Johny the Builder has provided their services to refurbish some areas of our house. From start to finish, Ionel was extremely professional and has always provided his best support to answer any questions we had and made himself available every time we needed him. He demonstrated very good communication, he is friendly and has a can-do attitude well in line with what Johny the Builder delivers. Ionel's knowledge of building improvements is limitless. His team has been competent, respectful and made sure that we were not disturbed as much as possible. This was really appreciated whilst we have young aged children. They also were very punctual and are hardworkers. The refurbishing job has proved to be very well executed. Ionel has always been patient waiting for our choices for the materials or finishing for the decoration. We also went abroad for holidays and he constantly kept us aware of the progress with photos. This was even greater when you are meant to be stress-free during a break. We would recommend Johny the Builder to anyone that would need a very good and very professional Building company. I choose Martins company to do the building work in my home after much consideration and research. I had my bathroom fully converted into a wet room, my living room and dining room were re-plastered and decorated, I also had all internal doors fitted, all of this work was finished to a very high standard in an amazing space of time. Martin himself came to survey it and was of up most help and politeness, Jimmy and all his staff have done an amazing job and I would definitely use them again and pass there company name on to friends and family, all in all very pleased with the whole thing Many thanks.
