Periklis has done a lot of things for me and I’m very happy with his work and professionalism I have done a full refurbishment in the house Also we did side and rear extension and loft conversion Periklis follow the schedule dates exactly how was agreed. He is very reliable and I will definitely use his company again. Beautiful work and everything is been done using quality materials Periklis staff are brilliant!! At the end of the project the house was spotless ready to move in. Periklis was always available to advise and guide me through the project Always giving options and advising on the best option in my interest

Henry did a variety of jobs for us including painting, plastering and repointing the patio. All jobs were performed to top quality and satisfactory levels. Henry and his partner Alex worked very hard to complete the job on time. We are very pleased and have already recommended Henry to many of our friends. you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 12 Jun 2026
Hired to finish off a complete flat renovation - work mainly consisted of painting, some remedial repair work, light carpentry and a snagging list. Whilst Raj and his guy were great at light repairs, handyman and carpentry work (which is the only reason I’m even rating them with stars), their attention to detail and completion of the snagging list was very poor! Despite having discussions with me to rectify things after I showed him examples, the flat is now left with uneven paint edges, drip marks, uneven grouting, unpainted architraves and sloppy silicone work. Whilst they are good at some things, decorating is definitely not one of them, so it’s a shame and disappointing.

Proud build limited (Sebastian) did a full refurb on on my new 2 bed flat, it needed a lot of work as the property was not looked after at all, included the kitchen, there bathroom, new skirting, flooring I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver tans exceed my expectations, his work was excellent and great detail on the finish touches, I revalued my property after the work and due to the excellent work my value went up by Nearly %30!!! really happy with the work and will 100% be using him again.

Do not be put off by Medhurst's manic nature. He is friendly and an excellent plasterer. For our job he was punctual, worked through the day without breaking for lunch and finished the job much earlier than expected. In fact, he completed the entire wainscoted reception room, including 4 corner edges and 1 rounded corner, in less than 7 hours (granted he was kept plied with coffee and tea throughout). The rate was so fair and the work was of such quality that we will definite hire Smile Plastering if/when the need arises.
