David responded very quickly and I got his estimate on the same day that he came around. I felt it was a bit high but decided to go with them as they appeared to be a professional and well organised outfit. That appearance was confirmed when their tradesman arrived. I was impressed that he did the work so quickly and efficiently although the amount of work he did and the time it took reinforced my views on the cost. Overall though I was very pleased with the service and would use them again although I might query the cost a bit more closely!

I had a number of jobs which needed to be done around the house, from hanging up mirrors to sanding down bathroom windows and doors and painting over. Marek provided a detailed quote clearly detailing what would be done and where potentially there could be additional charges if issues were identified. Marek and his business partner (Irek) completed the work in the time indicated, within the original quote and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work done and would hire them again.

We have just had our bathroom renovated by Nila and his team and are thrilled with how it’s turned out. Nila is efficient and a great communicator, keeping us updated before beginning work and throughout the job. The team worked hard throughout the day and were incredibly respectful of our space, ensuring they kept our flat clean and tidy throughout. Their workmanship was excellent too - we had our bathroom fully tiled and the attention to detail is outstanding. Johny the Builder has provided their services to refurbish some areas of our house. From start to finish, Ionel was extremely professional and has always provided his best support to answer any questions we had and made himself available every time we needed him. He demonstrated very good communication, he is friendly and has a can-do attitude well in line with what Johny the Builder delivers. Ionel's knowledge of building improvements is limitless. His team has been competent, respectful and made sure that we were not disturbed as much as possible. This was really appreciated whilst we have young aged children. They also were very punctual and are hardworkers. The refurbishing job has proved to be very well executed. Ionel has always been patient waiting for our choices for the materials or finishing for the decoration. We also went abroad for holidays and he constantly kept us aware of the progress with photos. This was even greater when you are meant to be stress-free during a break. We would recommend Johny the Builder to anyone that would need a very good and very professional Building company. We hired Tomas to repair a hole in our wall following damage from a leaking shower, and to repaint a kitchen wall that had been stained with oil splashes. Tomas was fantastic. Polite, punctual, reliable, he explained everything to us, gave us options and agreed the price up front. He was considerate while working (particularly important for us with a 11 month old baby in the flat), and kept tidying up after himself. The work was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Tomas, and he will be at the top of my list if we need a decorator again.
