Works not completed and Jack gone AWOL. Building control cannot reach him so won't certify..We have had to hire a new builder - who is finding defects and shoddy work everywhere. Unfortunately Jack went missing and has ignored all calls, emails, whatsapps and attempts at communication over the course of many weeks. Our building control needed responses from him to certify works - unfortunately works cannot now be certified and may need to be torn up. This was a long and complex project, we are disappointed he hasn't seen it through.Unfortunately out of goodwill we paid invoices prior to final completion. Lesson learned I suppose. We've given many opportunities to contact us back and reluctantly leave this review..

We hired Isaac and his team initially to quote for plastering our house - without really knowing which order we needed to renovate in. From the start, Isaac showed professionalism and support as he offered his advice having been in a similar situation of a full renovation himself. We decided to start on opening up the house, in which Isaac and his team knocked down the chimneys to give us more space and an updated look. From the start, Isaac was honest, very reasonable with pricing, had excellent communication and completed the job within a short time frame. His leadership skills show as his team were respectful of our house despite it being a messy job, ensuring to clean down every day. We are extremely happy with the result, and it was all completed within a matter of days. We are definitely more confident in our plan for renovation and will be calling Isaac when we're at the stage of plastering! Thank you again to Isaac and your team.

So this is a bit late but here we go. Paul is very polite and friendly and he went above and beyond of what I expected (with having a previous bad experience with what I'd call a cowboy plasterer from mybuilder.com, and this is what Paul corrected for me). It was a door reveal that had new plaster skim but, the cowboy plasterer didn't remove the old caulk or remove/repair any blown/cracked plaster, he he just skimmed over the whole lot straight up onto the door frame! All cracked within a week as there is nothing to account for movement from opening and closing door. So when I contacted Paul, this time I already knew what needed to be done to have it done properly after doing research, and Paul said this exact job was something he had a lot of experience doing previously and after having a good conversation with him about the previous work I had done and the cracking that reappeared he obviously has good understanding of movement between joining wall and main doors. I actually spoke to some other plasterers before I found Paul and they just seemed clueless. He basically removed all the new plaster skim, then about 4"or 5" from door frame he removed the older plaster (down to brick) and caulk, then fitted a stop bead a few mm from door frame, then plastered up to the stop bead leaving an nice perfect straight few mm gap between wall and door frame, ready for caulking which he also did. I'm very happy with the work and will be my future plasterer Thanks Paul

Luke has been the best tradesperson i have dealt with. His team have been very efficient in all their work and i have already started discussions for other jobs in the following year. The vision of what we were looking for and his execution of the plan has been excellent. There were times when problems came up during the job and he was able to come up with solutions which were better than originally planned. The job took longer than expected, but with all the issues with Covid affecting deliveries and stock availability, this was to be expected. The quality of the finish is excellent, and as i have said, we are already in discussions for other jobs. If you are lucky to be able to hire his team, you won't be disappointed.

Very Happy!! Totally Plastered were very professional from the start. Neil was responsive to my enquiry and punctual with the quote. He came when he said he would and gave me a very good price. He came two days later on time to do the job and was very professional and friendly. He was extremely clean and tidy and put protective sheeting everywhere.
