I agreed a price and a start date with this person. He said he would start the job on Thursday the 12th of January, we had arranged to meet on the Thursday morning at 8am he didn’t turn up, or even had the decency to contact me, when I called him later in the morning he said he wasn’t coming today and proceeded to say he would book me in for another date. I refused and told him I didn’t think he was very reliable or honourable he did say he was sorry, but also said he didn’t care, about what sort of feedback I left. I don’t think people like this is good for your reputation, probably best to remove him.

Pepe was first class - I’ve no hesitation in recommending to anyone and will have him back to do more plastering. He is incredibly professional, helpful, punctual and incredibly neat and tidy with the job. He took care with the thoroughfare and room by putting down dust sheets but would clear up each day. I swear he left it cleaner than when he started! He works hard as does his team and just gets on with the job. His quote was good (came out the next day after my request the previous evening) and we chose him because he looked at the job carefully, measured up fully and offered suggestions where he thought he could help. The socket covers were carefully removed to ensure a clean and smooth finish, and its these little things that make a difference. I’ve already started to recommend Pepe because after having a builder in previously for an extension - I know what average plastering looks like. Pepe’s plastering on the other hand is first rate. I am pleased to have found Pepe and someone you can trust...his customer service is exemplary.
