Plumbing- 21 Dec 2024
Nandre Arrived & Explained all about the work he would be doing. He bought all his Tools & Set straight on with the job.He went above & beyond as the Toilet was very old & needed a bit of work to remove. He replaced certain parts that did not come with the new Toilet & did not over charge for what he replaced. When he completed everything he asked me to check & see if all was working & if I was happy with the job. No complaints whatsoever he cleaned up after him. Excellent job will definitely use again & recommend to anyone who needs a good plumber. Rates very good.

Tiling- 1 Sep 2020
**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

Very hard working, good communication and multi skilled builder. Kazimierz was quick to respond to the listing, visited the property in the next half an hour, developed the plan and list of materials on the spot. Next day he arrived with material at 9am and completed the work by 11pm working non-stop!! He was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable. I hope he continues this way. Very rare find and would strongly recommend him.

Woodhouse builders came to repair holes in the wall from hanging paintings and shelves, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They removed the shelves that I was struggling with, repaired and decorated the walls so they looked like new. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, they were reliable and fast and very reasonably priced.

Greg and Jack have been the most professional, diligent and capable tradesmen we've had on the whole project. The skim coat on the ceilings and boxing was fantastically smooth. Their communication was very good and they were always available to discuss the job. They also accommodated longer/later working hours. When additional or remedial bits were needed they patched me up at no extra charge - and their quote was very reasonably priced. Very happy to have hired them, would hire again and recommend in a heartbeat - they are brilliant.

Plastering- 1 Jan 2025
Yazen and his team made an outstanding job. The amount of work required to renovate the flat was huge. Wall and ceiling plastering, skirting, flooring, plumbing, tiling, painting, is just about listing a few of the many things they did. And they made all of them with a high quality standard and perfectly following the schedule. They also assembled and put in place the kitchen we bought from Wren. A storage space under the stairs became a cloakroom with a door to access the remaining storage space. The boiler was replaced with a new one and the radiators were replaced and moved in a different position too. A 1914 door was brought back to his splendor as well as the fireplace. They minimised the impact for the neighbours and kept everything as clean and quiet as possible. As a cherry on top of the cake the price asked was very reasonable and for sure lower than the quality they provided. I suggest to call Yazen to anyone interested in either a big or a small renovation. Thank you Yazen!
