We wanted our front porch rendering so we used Mybuilder for the first time. Dave responded to our advert first and came around at the agreed time and date. He ran through the process very clearly and gave us a quote within 48hours, which was very reasonable and after a couple of other quotes we went with Hammonds plastering. The job was weather dependent so the next available good day was booked and Dave (with help) arrived as per arrangement. The work progressed quickly and efficiently and tidily. We could see that Dave was a stickler for detail from the beginning, and trustworthy so we have asked for further works to be carried out (he was kind enough to make time for a small patch job that needed doing before a radiator was fitted). We would have no hesitation in recommending Dave to anyone needing this type of job done.

Didn't have time wait long for the works to be done, the finish of the plaster was great especially as the cupboard had poor access Price was also great value Would highly recommend and will be using in the future!

I will be as honest as I can be with this review because for the most part, we are really happy with our extension but niggling bits not sorted and outstanding with building control which is delaying sign off is disappointing. Communication great initially but waned severely towards end of job (when a new one had been started) and quality of work on final bits disappointing (botched drain pipe installation and guttering), final evidence not submitted to building control for final sign off (work was finished late last year). Still waiting for replies on that stuff. But overall the extension work is great and we’re really happy. Subbies mostly top notch too (wouldn’t use his electrician again but Mike from Anderson’s and Rhys the chippy were both sound) Shame really as I’d like to give Nathan 5 stars but lack of comms and after care towards end of build has left us feeling a bit let down. Happy to be proved wrong and update if sorted, however.

The work Warren and his colleagues did was fantastic. Completed to a high standard. We are delighted with the shower room, utility room and the upgrade to our existing bathroom. All the workmen were friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. Would definitely use Warren again for any future projects.

I would be wary of this company, the job was priced and confirmed with 6 weeks notice for plastering two houses. Jamie the owner came to the site two days before work was supposed to start and agreed to meet on Monday morning at 7:30am to make a start…. Jamie then sent a text message one day before work was supposed to commence and cancelled the job with some poor excuses even though the houses are boarded and ready to plaster throwing us under the bus! Very unprofessional and poor communication.

Ryan has completed a complete internal renovation of our property also including fully building 2 extensions from scratch, a double story and single story above what was a garage, driveway, garden fence boundary extension and back garden renovation. all these works have been carried out over the past 2.5 years as and when we could save enough money.
