I’m a former Royal Marines Commando turned plasterer. When I left the Royal Marines I went to work in an office and quickly realised it wasn’t for me. I was restless and desperate to work with my hands again, I knew the trade was a perfect solution and I’d always loved the satisfying process of plastering. So I took the leap, I left the office and started as a labourer for three plasterers. I worked hard and took in as much information as they could give me, a couple of years later I was plastering full time and loving it. Now I run my plastering business full time displaying the discipline and attention to details that the Royal Marines instilled in me.
