I highly recommend Paul. He painted a bedroom for me. Wall paper removed, walls were in a bad way he made good of the walls and then painted it for me. 10/10 I would recommend to friends and family and won't be using anyone else for painting going forward

Taiwo visited quickly to see the work and quoted the same evening. I didn't get multiple quotes because I trusted him to do a good job and having done a lot of building work recently, I thought his price was competitive and broadly what I had budgeted. I'm really happy with the work Taiwo and his team completed. The job was an awkward one and took a lot of time and consideration to get it right. My ceiling now looks perfect and you would never know it has been patched. I would highly recommend Taiwo. When I need a plasterer in the future, I will give him a call because he's highly skilled, fairly priced and takes a lot pride in his work.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Ivo. He is a very hardworking and trustworthy person who always works with a smile on his face. He is on time and works until the job is done. He kept to our 2-day time scale and finished sooner than his own estimate. We hired Ivo to skim 3 walls in two rooms and he did this for a very reasonable price. The walls were dry, they had, had wallpaper that was painted on the walls for 10+ years which had been removed. Ivo filled all the holes left from the wallpaper with filler, applied a wall treatment to combat the dryness and then skimmed and straightened very wonky walls. Ivo also provided very good advice for our ceilings in the house. He was a great guy to work with who takes pride in his work and I will be hiring him again and have no hesitation in recommending him and his work. Thank you very much Ivo, you were amazing!

Sebastian worked much more steadily then my previous builder and completed jobs in a reasonable time. He was easy to work with, able to listen, take instruction and direct, take the lead as and when appropriate. I would work with him again. There are two small points of criticism, I would not normally mention this type of minor point, however there are a lot of cowboy builders around, therefore it is worth making quality an issue, and really identifying the wheat from the chaff. The first point is he did not come with the basic safety equipment needed for building work for a domestic build job. E.g workman's gloves, helmet, face-mask and eye protection. He quickly realised that he needed them, so we wasted valuable time as he had to go and buy them. The second point is that I needed someone that was available. We discussed on the phone, that I wanted to do a one day trial followed by a commitment for weeks to complete a refurbishment. While he was only available for one day and then was booked indefinitely. I was not informed proactively, instead found out when I asked when he would be at work next for a delivery. I still give him positive feedback, because if you get his commitment he will give you reasonable work output of a reasonable quality, this is a good thing to know when there are so many cowboy builders around. He also was willing to give tips and advice on a job like the one I was engaged in. Getting valuable insight is priceless.

Andrei provides great communication and very professional service. He was very flexible and worked extremely hard to get all the work done in the shortest time possible, but he did not compromise on quality. He worked very efficiently and considering all the work he had to do, he still left the house clean and tidy. The attention to detail was second to none. I’m extremely happy with my new flooring and would definitely recommend.

He renovated the whole of my house - the kitchen, the toilets and the two bedrooms. He did the flooring for the sitting room and the hallway, as well as painting the whole house. I found him after a friend has used him and was pleased with is work - we trusted his judgement. My friend took me to his house and I fell in love! Very happy with the work. I trusted him completely and the job was done on time. The finish is great. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The best of the best!! Thats how I would describe Fresh Look Builders! From the offset Brett called and advised the best course of action in what I would describe as a nightmare job and I never even met him. He quoted me after viewing the job and I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive his quote was. Brett liased with my tenants and organised everything from rental of temporary equipment I needed to clearing up the mess afterwards. I had absolutely no fuss, no stress or hassle and the job was completed around my tenants. I was kept informed daily of the progress that was being made. Brett is polite, friendly, realistic and extremely reasonable. I have absolutely no doubt I will be calling on him again in the future. Every tradesman should be like this! Thank you very much Brett.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Despite agreeing to complete the job, David failed to attend on the agreed date. He then provided another date and promised he would be there, but once again he did not show up. After that, he stopped responding to my messages and calls. I'm not disappointed that the job wasn't completed—things can happen. What I'm disappointed by is the lack of communication and the failure to keep his word and honour his commitment. Reliability and honesty are important, and unfortunately that wasn't my experience.
