Complete ceiling re-plaster. Joshua worked very hard to complete the job within the time stated prior to carrying out the works and now my ceiling looks grate! Joshua was very professional and friendly. Upon completion of the job he ensured that he left the room as clean and tidy as possible (from previous experience I know this is not always the case) which was another huge bonus! I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Source FM recently helped us fit out a new 8000 sq ft warehouse in Hackney. The project included installing new electricals, installing new fire and security alarms, repairing and repainting a heavily used concrete floor, redecorating, servicing the heating etc. The project had a very tight time frame and Source FM often had to work around members of our team as we started moving in while work was still ongoing. I'm pleased to say, all the work was completed in time and to a very high standard. We've since used Paul and Bill for a number of smaller projects, both at the warehouse and in our offices.

I have worked for a building firm for the last 10 years but have decided to go on my own I am always busy but work with other plasterers so can always fit people in. Extremely Disappointed – AVOID This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Communication was non-existent throughout the project. They would show up for a couple of hours, then disappear for the rest of the week, despite having agreed to a 7–10 day timeline. The job dragged on for nearly a month, causing delays and costing us money. When the work was finally “completed,” they had failed to connect the water properly — both the bathroom and kitchen sinks were leaking. We had to bring in professional builders to fix their mistakes, which incurred even more costs. If you're in the property business, I strongly advise against working with this company. They offer constant excuses, drag out timelines, and clearly lack the experience required for proper home refurbishments. Their workmanship on kitchens and bathrooms is especially poor — what should have been a straightforward job turned into a £6,000 mistake. Do yourself a favour and hire professionals from

I hired Kevin to do a few simple patching jobs. What I ended up with is simply the worst plastering I have seen in years. It may as well have been put on with a shovel. It is rough, uneven and this is the good news. The bad news is he turned up, did not cover any floors, had tools and mess everywhere. To finish it off as he didn't cover any floors and put more plaster on the floor than the walls, the brand new floor tiles which were installed a few weeks ago are now ruined as the plaster has severely marked them and the stains will not come off. After contacting Kevin regarding the damage the next day (he had mopped the floor just before he left so it was wet and the marks could not be seen) he immediately blocked my mobile number, WhatsApp (which he had previously contacted me on), and also stopped responding to messages via MyBuilder. Please ensure you do not use this person for any work, I will be contacting trading standards to make them aware he is operating in the area and on this app and providing photos to them of the "work" done and damage caused. Be warned this person is by no means a plasterer.

Having used many other plasterers over the last year I found Jamie excellent overall, he arrived spot on time and did fantastic job. The work area was left clean and tidy after. I don’t normally recommend tradesmen but Jamie’s is a really good plasterer and I definitely recommend him and use his services again .
