Otto is a good person, first of all. He’s been very honest throughout the job, always communicating and adapting where necessary. He is professional and gets involved in his work. I am a trader myself so I know how to differentiate between traders. He has done plastering, painting, fitting coving, sanding floorboards to a professional standard. Very nice and polite guy. He did his job as promised. The price was fixed and job was done neatly. He tidied away all the rubbish and out back everything in order which I was very pleased with. The communication was great and everything went very well. We enjoy our garden more than before now.
