Painting & Decorating- 2 May 2019
Mark came across to do the wall papering over a month ago.After coming back on the night we could see the paper had over lapped and there were places also where the paper was not joint. Mark agreed to come back but said he was busy. I have contacted him numerous times to redo the wall. He agreed but now after giving him time / chances he has decided not to respond back to me. A waste of £30 to do four drops. He even took the wall paper paste that I purchased the bloody cheek.

Requested payment in instalments which I have done and paid in full but the rendering work is not to the highest standard and needs attention. I have requested a call back and site visit prior to taking further action but my calls and messages have today been ignored. I have given seven days to contact me with a response and plan to put the work right. If I do not receive a response I will start litigation. Disappointed

Avoid. Ali is a nice person however he does not work to the standard or even regulations that are required. Shocking plastering and brick work. Have had to spend hundreds on his rectifying his plastering with a rented sander. The brickwork done needs to be repointed due to the mortar used already crumbling away when you touch it - the work is a month old…… Ali is happy to constantly take on more work knowing he does not have the ability to complete to the required standard of the customer and building regulations. Not just money I have had to spend rectifying Ali’s work but also the time! And when renovating a house I do not have the time to be going over work I have PAID people to do! Very disappointing as I say Ali is a nice man but does not have the standard to be working on properties. It is unsafe and non-compliant. Few examples attached - there is a lot more unfortunately

We recently had an extension built on our house and are really pleased with the work. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They kept us updated throughout the project, turned up when they said they would, and worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. The quality of the work is excellent, and we're so happy with how the extension has turned out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer questions and offer advice when needed. They also kept the site as tidy as possible, which we really appreciated.
