Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism – Highly Recommended! I am really investing so much time on this review, as i was very nervous welcoming this stranger-builder-engineer to my meeting room. Firstly what started as a plastering project won the heart of the whole building!! I will write my reviews in 3 parts, estimation-final cost accuracy, timeliness and finally feedback on the building work by my friends I recently engaged SPVUK Ltd, Mr Yogesh for an extensive project at my property in East London, which included masonry, woodwork, driveway installation, rendering, and scaffolding. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and feel compelled to share my experience. From the outset, Yogesh's team stood out with their clear communication and professional approach. They carefully listened to my requirements, offered valuable suggestions, and provided a detailed quotation that aligned with my budget. Unlike many builders, they were upfront about potential challenges and costs, ensuring there were no unexpected surprises. The quality of their work was truly outstanding. The masonry work was executed with precision, resulting in a structure that is not only sturdy but also aesthetically pleasing. The woodwork demonstrated their craftsmanship and attention to detail, adding a touch of elegance and warmth to the interiors. The driveway was installed seamlessly, with a clean and durable finish that has significantly boosted the curb appeal of my home. Their rendering work was immaculate, giving the exterior a sleek, modern appearance. Even the scaffolding, often overlooked, was set up with utmost safety and care, ensuring the project progressed without delays or risks. One aspect that particularly impressed me was their commitment to timeliness. While many builders often fail to stick to deadlines, SPVUK ltd completed every phase of the project as scheduled. This level of efficiency was remarkable, especially given the complexity of the tasks involved. Moreover, they stayed true to the agreed budget, which is something I’ve rarely experienced with contractors. They provided clear updates on costs as the project advanced, and their transparency eliminated any stress about financial overruns. The team was courteous, punctual, and highly professional throughout. They maintained a clean and organized site, which I greatly appreciated, as it minimized disruption to my daily routine. Overall, Yogesh and his team exceeded all my expectations. Their exceptional workmanship, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart from others in the industry. If you’re looking for a builder who respects your time, budget, and vision, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Yogesh for transforming my property and making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable! You can reach out to me - for pictures, for security and privacy reasons.

He renovated the whole of my house - the kitchen, the toilets and the two bedrooms. He did the flooring for the sitting room and the hallway, as well as painting the whole house. I found him after a friend has used him and was pleased with is work - we trusted his judgement. My friend took me to his house and I fell in love! Very happy with the work. I trusted him completely and the job was done on time. The finish is great. I would definitely recommend him to others.
