So this is a bit late but here we go. Paul is very polite and friendly and he went above and beyond of what I expected (with having a previous bad experience with what I'd call a cowboy plasterer from mybuilder.com, and this is what Paul corrected for me). It was a door reveal that had new plaster skim but, the cowboy plasterer didn't remove the old caulk or remove/repair any blown/cracked plaster, he he just skimmed over the whole lot straight up onto the door frame! All cracked within a week as there is nothing to account for movement from opening and closing door. So when I contacted Paul, this time I already knew what needed to be done to have it done properly after doing research, and Paul said this exact job was something he had a lot of experience doing previously and after having a good conversation with him about the previous work I had done and the cracking that reappeared he obviously has good understanding of movement between joining wall and main doors. I actually spoke to some other plasterers before I found Paul and they just seemed clueless. He basically removed all the new plaster skim, then about 4"or 5" from door frame he removed the older plaster (down to brick) and caulk, then fitted a stop bead a few mm from door frame, then plastered up to the stop bead leaving an nice perfect straight few mm gap between wall and door frame, ready for caulking which he also did. I'm very happy with the work and will be my future plasterer Thanks Paul

Richard was great from start to finish. We were originally looking for a plasterer but Richard gave us such a great quote that we asked him to complete the full work in our bedroom and he is now fitting the flooring for us too! The work was completed to time and with no hassle whatsoever. There was no mess left in our house and he kept communicating throughout which was great for us as we were at work while the job was taking place. Richard boarded, plastered and fitted coving to our room and it's looking great! I'd highly recommend Lionheart for any renovation work.

We're both surprised and disappointed that Ryan didn't come round to do our posted Job. After coming round to our house to give us a quote, we exchanged phone numbers happy with our quote and happy we'd hired the right man for the job - however - We arranged for Ryan to come round on Monday 25th March - we moved everything from the living room into the dining room, took the radiators off the wall and prepared the room for him on Sunday night - Today is 27.3.19 - and Ryan still hasn't come to our house. We have left voicemails, texts, emails and facebook messages to try and confirm dates & times - but to no avail. We hope to resolve this ASAP.
