The communication was excellent- he explained what will be applied to the wall to prevent damp in future. He was punctual, very thorough and polite. HCC and Damien are a rare find in this day and age. They have an 'old-school' attitude of lets do a proper job, at a reasonable price. Damien was honest, courteous and was happy to do a couple of 'extra' little jobs, at no extra cost. Took a little longer than I thought, but my fault, as I never did ask anyway. Even that,though, was a positive in that there were no short cuts all done properly! The job was excellent, and I didn't even have to hoover up afterwards. 5* recommendation.
