We hired this company to paint the exterior of our house for an agreed sum of £2000. After a couple of start date changes, they arrived on 30/05/2021 to start the work. We heard nothing from them on the next day or the day after. Meanwhile we noticed that they had demolished a very expensive 30 year old decorative jasmine hedge surrounding a large bay window at the front of the property. Upon complaining they completely denied that they caused it and that we were overreacting about a silly bush. Our gardeners did some emergency repair next day but will need replanting and supporting. At the same time we pointed out some bubbling of the paintwork. At this point we were told that in that case we should buy new doors; he actually said to my husband that he is 75 and can’t make him look 20!! Following this there was a complete breakdown of communication and they didn’t return to finish the job or clean up. We have been sent an invoice for £800 for one day’s work. We offered £500 and that we will pay the gardeners to replant and repair the hedge and they can keep all the leftover materials. Following this we received two very confrontational and accusatory emails although they did accept our offer. Due to this attitude we are holding back the payment although we have every intention to settle in order to avoid any more aggravation. At no point did they accept responsibility or apologise for the damage because that is all we wanted. Their behaviour was totally unprofessional.

I am extremely happy with the standard of work which Brian completed at my newly purchased property. The work included stripping wallpaper in the hallway, stairs and ceiling. Then plastering and skimming of the lounge, dinning room, hallway and hallway ceiling; as well as painting and decorating the aforementioned rooms. I found it extremely valuable that Brian was able plaster as well as paint and decorate. Brian is always punctual and is very tidy. In addition he is extremely helpful and is willing to provide contacts for any work outside of his scope. I would be happy to recommend Bri's Plastering Services!

Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.

Bashar and his team are excellent tradesmen. They gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote but did not compromise on value at all. My house looks like a new build! The finish on the walls is excellent and the exterior walls look so good that my neighbours all asked Bashar’s details as well. Top notch builders! We used Future Home Construction to build our large wrapround extension. They are a reliable family-owned company who showed up on time, worked hard, sometimes working 6 days a week including Bank Holidays. The team worked with great care and professionalism and were very informative, walking me through the process and offering me solutions to problems. We have been very impressed with the high standard of work carried out on our house and are delighted with the result. We would recommend Future Home Construction to anyone considering having work done to their house.

Very positive experience. Exceptionally professional company. Friendly and very helpful & went out of their way to be helpful sorting out my property in London whilst I reside in Cheshire.
