Bathroom Fitting- 18 Dec 2014
Not particularly impressed with the standard of finish with this job, the main body of the works was done ok but other stuff was left not done and attention to detail was poor eg it is standard practice to fill a bath before making the seal around the top between it and the tiles, this bath seal opens up a fair gap when in use so will have to be redone!! The door hinges aren't recessed enough and try to pull their screws out when the door is closed and will need sorting. Many more bits and pieces need doing to complete the job to a good standard which is a pity as I had high hopes when I met Steve, the work began well but dipped at the end.

From the very first minute of meeting Todor I felt completely comfortable with the prospect of having him refurbishour bathroom. From a professional and responsible quote to recommending where to buy the bathroom from we couldn’t have asked for any more from Todor. Along with refurbishing our bathroom he helped with discounts on our tiles and all other materials and transporting them home to save us money and provided a skip at an extra cost. Even when I changed my mind with a few things he accommodated everything and the bathroom and toilet looked better than I could have ever imagined, a really nice guy which we trusted through out the whole process especially with us being at work the whole time too. And I cannot recommend him enough I hope this helps you decide if he’s the man for your next job.

A very professional experience with Elegance Home Decor. Our project was the painting of a utility room, bathroom, airing cupboard and various pieces of furniture. As part of the understanding the job we received very good advice on the quality of different types of paint which was very useful. Every day they turned up on time, worked without fuss and always left the place clean and tidy each evening. With their meticulous preparation of surfaces prior to painting the end result was fabulous and just what we were looking for. We would have no hesitation in calling upon the again for future work.

DO NOT USE – avoid at all costs. Photos show the issues clearly. Aaron confirmed in writing that my radiator and oak features would be protected, but no sheets were used. As a result, oak handrails were damaged, with paint bleed that was then sealed in with oil, making it difficult to fix. He later claimed my expectations were unrealistic, though if so, this should have been raised before starting. My expensive radiator, which I specifically asked to protect, now has paint splatter on the bottom, brass legs, and pipework. My £4,000 staircase is heavily damaged, with paint on steps and handrails. Paint also ended up on floors, a rug, and a UPVC windowsill. Work quality was poor: missed areas, uneven edges, visible brush lines, paint drips, oil drips, and bristles stuck in walls. Colours overlapped in multiple places. When I raised concerns, Aaron dismissed them, saying the job was “lovely & he should have charged more money. I now face costly repairs—would not recommend.

Was looking for somebody to do an urgent job in a restaurant after a water leak. Bart gave a competitive quote to repair the ceiling which included cutting out the old damaged plasterboard and replacing it with new plastering to match the existing. Bart was professional throughout, clean and tidy. He also finished the job within a day which meant the restaurant could open on time. He is pleasant gentleman who I highly recommend.
