I am currently in the process of becoming a multi-tradesman learning different aspects of different trades. I am currently able to do carpentry work (selective amounts), landscaping, painting and decorating, laminate floors and general maintenance.

I paint houses and flats, using water based paint system for walls and ceilings and oil based paint for doors and other wordworks. I hang wallpaper and paint it if needed. I fill gaps and holes on the walls and sand the filler down to smooth it up before painting them. I do tiling and grouting after removing old tiles and clean off the old tile adhesive and grout. I always work neatly and tidy using dust sheets to cover up furnitures and other important things in the property.
