Our main focus is on small to medium size refurbs, the kind of jobs where we can be creative and come up with unique solutions, whether that be a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or a living room. I hate big firms who just re-sell mass manufactured products, so I try to keep as much of the work, from the initial design and drawings through hand making all of my joinery in the workshop to install and completion done in house, with the exception of plumbing and electrical work for which I use people who are a lot more qualified and experienced than me! I’m a painter and decorator with over 20 years of experience, and I’ve recently moved back home to Norfolk after running my own successful decorating business in Cheshire and Derbyshire since 2003. Being back near my family feels right, and I’m now focusing on rebuilding my customer base around King’s Lynn and the surrounding villages. I started my career as an apprentice with a family‑run decorating company that had been established since 1883. Working with them gave me a solid grounding in traditional painting and decorating methods — the kind of skills you only learn from people who’ve been doing it for generations.
