Fantastic job. Great finish and much better than I thought could be achieved given the state of my walls, It looks like new plaster. Andy was quick, tidy and worked alongside many of my things with respect. Great job and I would definitely recommend him and get him back to do more jobs.

I was very impressed with Shane because of his speedy response to quote, though he wasn't the cheapest, his friendly approachable attitude was welcoming and was able to do the work when I required it done. He was punctual and communicated well. He found solutions to problems he came across! All in all he was very obliging and helpful and there is no doubt I would have him back for further work. Oliver is a lovely trustworthy guy who did a fantastic job on stripping the wallpaper and painting our hallway, stairs and master bedroom. He turned up on time, was extremely polite and cleaned up at the end of each day and the decorating was done to a very high standard. We've really happy with the end result and intend to use Oliver again.

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

Mr Timmins worked on transforming a dilapidated garage into a Grandad Annex for my father and his partner . The work was of an incredibly high standard in my opinion. Mr Timmins arrived early and left late. I wish I could send photos of the before and after it was amazing to see. I am in the process of contacting Mr Timmins again as I have some more building work for him and I do recommend him on a regular basis .

Agreed for the decorator to start on the Tuesday morning at 9am , waited till about 10.30 without him turning up , tried to call him to realise he had blocked my telephone number for no apparent reason and ignored my email ( don’t know this person) , tried from a different phone and his number just rung (whereas my phone just had a busy tone constantly) seems a very unprofessional approach to a job he had priced and agreed to , completely wasted our time as we were waiting to move in and this delayed the process even longer as we then had to get someone else who proved reliable
