Ben stripped the entire house of old, painted-over wallpaper, supervised (and added to) re-plastering (done by another contractor), and then repainted all our rooms and ceilings. It would be hard to overstate just how professional Ben was: he worked extra hours when the job turned out to be more complicated (the plastering was not in such a good shape), kept us fully informed of progress and spent considerable time ensuring that the painting was millimetre perfect, especially where two colours met on a wall and ceiling. Ben was friendly, unobtrusive and punctual. We gave him a set of keys to our house for the four weeks' duration of the job, and had no qualms about this at all. At the end of every day, Ben would vacuum and mop our wood floors and left the place looking better than you would expect given that a full day's plastering and painting had been taking place. Ben gave us a hugely competitive quote. We would highly recommend him and were delighted by the work he did. We plan to use him again for exterior painting jobs.

I have been working in the building trade for 10 years, in that time I have worked for a few different building companies mainly carrying out extensions and refurbishments, carrying out many decorating projects. I mainly undertake painting and decorating jobs and small diy work and have joined my builder to find my own work in between big projects. I work part time so believe I can offer a very competitive quote but still a polite clean reliable and professional service.

I got 3 quotes from MyBuilder and Roland was not only the cheapest but also the most professional. I took a chance bearing in mind he was new to MyBuilder and so had no feedback. I am pleased I did. The painting has been top notch and he even came back on his own time to re fill some bits that my toddler opened the bedroom door onto. First class service all round. Highly recommend and will be using again for any further painting requirements.

Eduart fitter laminate floor in my lounge and hallway. After the laminate supplier failed to deliver my laminate on time, Eduart was kind enough to pick up the laminate and drop it off to my address which was much appreciated. He was also very responsive to message me before the job started around which fixtures and fittings I would need to purchase for the job which was very helpful. Eduart arrived on time, was tidy whilst working and helped get my lounge into order once the job was done. Eduart consulted me throughout the job around design choices (e.g door trims and direction of the boards) and was always very open with his communication. The laminate fitting itself was very well done and looks absolutely superb! Thank you so much for a great job!

Andras first came to us looking to rent a flat and he struck us as a decent honest guy so when we found out he was a painter and decorator we were only to happy to try him out. That was probably around five years ago now and he has done many jobs for us in that time - all of them without problems. He starts on the day he promises and on all his jobs has always finished on time. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and we have been happy to recommend him to our friends as well. All in all, an honest and reliable tradesman who also happens to be a nice guy so that's always a bonus!

Easily the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. I’m in my last few weeks of pregnancy and was so stressed about getting our new house move-in ready. What started with a few rooms to paint (which is Jair’s speciality) quickly became handyman work, carpet removal and wallpapering too. He was there every day, morning to night. Jair basically fixed up our whole house. Nothing was a problem for him. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you won’t be disappointed!

Martin came in and re-plastered, re-placed the ceilings, opened up fireplaces, put in new radiators re-decorated 4 rooms for us in our 1930s house. There quote was very competitive and we were impressed with their knowledge and professionlism. They always arrived on time and were very tidy, trying to keep any disruption to a minimum. We added in extra jobs as we went along and they were very accomodating with this. We are really pleased with the results and would no hestitate to recommend them to anyone else.
