I posted the job and invited Constantine for a quote and received almost an immediate response for inspection. Constantine was very professional on his first visit and carefully listened to all my needs and suggested his ideas too. His team were always punctual and provided an immediate update about any issues/suggestions. I would recommend 5 stars for his communication as he was always available to check anything while purchasing or to check the feasibility of particular styles. Constantine & his team were very accommodating to all my suggestions and even some changes after fitting and bought all the building materials by himself providing proper bills. Since work was done while living, Constantine made sure the bathroom is done with at most priority and even made sure to get the bath ready first so that we could use it while other works are carried out. Constantine even suggested to take notes and provide him with the changes or issues I find towards completion and he did all of them without any issue. The team went beyond when it came to my waste disposal as we need to get it loaded by hand into his van and take it to recycle plant and again unload them which was a very tedious task done without any hesitation or quibble. Once the work is done, the house looks amazing and I would certainly rate 5 stars for workmanship and quality. I would definitely recommend Constantine and his team as they are professional, sincere and dedicated to doing their best.

After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

Top notch builders! We used Future Home Construction to build our large wrapround extension. They are a reliable family-owned company who showed up on time, worked hard, sometimes working 6 days a week including Bank Holidays. The team worked with great care and professionalism and were very informative, walking me through the process and offering me solutions to problems. We have been very impressed with the high standard of work carried out on our house and are delighted with the result. We would recommend Future Home Construction to anyone considering having work done to their house.

Marius did an excellent job in our flat, we couldn’t be happier with the results. He was hard working and did a very high quality work throughout. We are very happy with the painting and filling work that James did in our bedroom. Compared to other decorators we have had in the past, we could see that James knew his trade and possessed good techniques to give a professional finish to his work. We had some issues with wallpaper bubbling up and cracking but he was able to fill-in those areas, and then painted over them. He did an excellent job so we couldn't see those problem spots anymore. James was very polite and respected our wishes in terms of keeping our new carpet clean. We would definitely recommend him as we plan to use him again in the future.

Kevin came and scoped the job quickly, providing a number of different options and quotes, to solve the issue. He was open about the higher costs and explained the additional work between the options. Job was done quickly and to a good standard. Everything cleaned up afterwards, and no issues. Would recommend.
