We're so glad we chose Bled to do the job. He was so efficient and got the job done to an amazing standard in half the time I expected. It seemed like a huge task, a huge hole had formed in the ceiling due to a leak, and he cracked on with great professionalism. If he's free I will be using him again in future as the flat needs more work. He's my go-to guy now.

Sonja contacted me promptly for estimate and pricing was very reasonable. She was very thorough and I felt confident she would do a good job. In the week job was due unfortunately Sonja was ill, however she arranged for a colleague to cover instead. Graham was excellent. Very professional and I'm pleased with the result. Our initial dealings with George were very positive, he was very communicative and gave us advice on what would work better and for longer term. This was one of the main reasons we decided to go with him. He initially said the work would take 5 days unfortunately it ended up taking a couple extra days. In general the work was done well however unfortunately I am unable to give him a high rating for the following reasons: - They were incredibly messy- plaster splattered everywhere- radiators, floor, skirting boards and across windows- leaving a lot of cleaning for us to do - We need to have one of our walls completely redone as they plastered over wallpaper (although George tested this wall). - We have contacted George several times to come and fix some other minor defects, he has been near impossible to reach. When we eventually were able to reach him and agreed a date and time- he didn’t show up. Therefore unfortunately what started off as a good and positive experience has sadly turned sour and it is with regret we have to post a negative review.

They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. We've been seriously impressed with Pawel and his team. They opened up our rear dining room/kitchen wall using an RSJ, following our engineer's drawings perfectly. They also did a few bits of plumbing and bricked up one of the windows at the rear, which is where the new kitchen will be fitted. They were incredibly tidy and really pleasant and courteous to be around, which my wife was so grateful for given we live in a busy family house (most builders are not like this...), I can't thank them enough! We will definitely be using them again in the not-so-distant future!
