Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.

I could not recommend Kayman more. He was professional, understanding, efficient, tidy and helpful. We were fussy customers and he was keen to do everything possible to get the job done exactly how we wanted. We love the results and it has completely transformed my kitchen for the better. I cannot recommend Piotr highly enough. He recently completed a full decoration of my one-bedroom apartment while I was overseas. Despite the distance, communication was seamless. Do not hire, Mario seemed like a nice guy who could professionally paint my parents newly renovated house. He seemed trust worthy and honest. We had some newly plastered walls that needed painting and a new oak bannister and oak doors which needed varnishing. Also the rest of the house needed painting due to building work having been carried out. Mario literally just painted the walls and done some filling but none of the rooms have been finished to a professional standard which we were promised. Mario has not finished the job and we've given him 90% of the money. He did not tidy up. I had to clean the paint from the windows myself. While painting the stairs mario said he needed to cut the carpet slightly as we were having it replaced later but he ripped out the whole carpet and we were left with sharp carpet grippers on the stairs for over a month as the carpet was due to be fitted much later. I had to clean the paint from my parquet flooring myself. No finishing touches have been done, the cutting around the windows and doors has not been done properly. No sanding around the skirting board. No attempt has been made to make the work look professional. No one room has been finshed completely. I have now had to post the job again. Mario was unable to put coving on professionally so i had to pay another builder to put it. Even though i had paid mario for the work. Overall the walls which were painted are not smooth and the job has not been finished even though i contacted mario

They did an overall good job, tidy and clean. The taller one was more professional for sure but they made a miscalculation with a wall, the shorter one kept arguing saying that he did the job right despite his own measuring showing it was wrong, had to show him the text from my architect that detailed the measurements and even still he argued, the taller one mediated and agreed that they were wrong so they did rectify the issue.

Scott quoted a not insignificant sum for this job but we accepted it as we needed someone quickly. He did a lot of the work and then said he had another job to go to but would return to do the outstanding work and we accepted this. We paid him for what he did. We agreed on a date for him to return but when he did not arrive on that day he said that my husband had not confirmed (despite not asking him for confirmation). I texted him and asked him when was returning but he did not reply. To be honest, he didn't do a particularly good job anyway (just passable), which my husband and I picked him up on and perhaps he didn't like that. No doubt he will have a different version of events as he seems to for other bad reviews, but that is exactly what happened.
