I chose 3 painters to see the job and send me their professional views about the work and written quote. Professional views of all three painters were almost the same. So based on the quote I chose Mr Cristian Marculescu. His co-worker was Eduard Marculescu who is his son. When they viewed the job they said this job will take one and half days. As soon as they started work they told me that work will be finished on the same day. I asked if they are sure filler work will be dry before painting. I met painters three times to check the work and was willing to pay them immediately on line.. During the last inspection I realised a part of kitchen needs another coat to cover the filler work which takes barely 15 minutes. As soon as I asked them this, suddenly Christian started shouting. "No that's fine", "doesn't need it. I asked my tenant's opinion what she thinks. She said yes that part of wall needs one extra coat. But Christian and his son attacked me, shouting "give me money"," give me money now". They were shouting and swearing. I was trying to calm them down. I was saying I'm here to pay you. They're shouting to my face with a lots of F... words and saying pay now pay now. They were extremely abusive and threatening. Even after paying while they were shouting and swearing they pushed me out of my property. I have never seen such violent behaviour. I would even say these people are dangerous.

We found him on this site. We explained what we wanted done and discussed how many days it would take. He kept changing how he wanted to do things once work started and he wasn't very clear on what he could and couldn't do from the start so this did not meet our needs as we was very clear what we wanted done. He needed three days to paint and in those days he wanted us to pick some materials up. He wanted us to pay him an extra day for two people to finish off his work. Also he kept ringing us and texting us going into allot of confusing conversations. He was very argumentative and his customer service skills was very poor. His work overall was ok but nothing spectacular. Overall I am dissapointed with his service and feel his communication skills was poor. We are left with unfinished jobs and now havinf to look for other tradesmen to finish off Incompleted tasks. He would work better as part of a team but not as part of running his own project.

The job with regard to Door’s replacement of locks was completed in a professional manner. Mr Nikola maintained his punctuality .He had a good approach and communication as well. He knew the product very well and accomplished his task successfully. In fact, he had a high degree of expertise in this carpentry trade,very supportive, helpful to sort out the matter.
