My partner and I invited Ionas Property Developers to quote on a fairly extensive renovation and redecoration project on our home in August, 2016. Our budget was limited, as was our time schedule, but above all, we were looking for a candidate with whom we could have a collaborative working relationship, this being a project we had a huge personal investment in. We were impressed and struck with Greg’s professional and punctual presentation on our first meeting. Unlike a number of other contractors interviewed, what set Greg apart was his ability to listen and take on board our brief, which was highly design - driven. He was also open to discussing our budget limitations and from the outset inspired complete trust that he would be able to balance our expectations and our budget without compromising on the quality and finish we required. Based on this strong first impression, we hired him. Working around hugely disruptive delays from some other suppliers, Greg and his team delivered the work to a standard that far exceeded our expectations and managed to complete within a tight schedule, with only minor and justifiable adjustments to the initial budget. We were 100% thrilled with the results. I can without a shadow of doubt recommend Ionas. Behind the true craftsman with an obsessive eye for detail and finish, there is also a thoughtful, insightful and considerate family man. This will make him our first and only choice for any future projects. A true find.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

Mr Tasos and Mariano did a really good job with our laminate flooring. They removed the old carpet from the bedroom and replaced it with a laminate flooring. They also bought some of the materials on our behalf when we requested it!

Khalid did a great job for me to repair/paint the ceiling and mastic seal work in the bathroom. The finish was to a professional standard with all materials included and the work completed tidy with no mess. Communication was good and the job completed as scheduled. General tips and suggestions were also helpfully provided. I would highly recommend Khalid for building work in the area.

Avdyl responded promptly to my invitation to do a plastering job for me and was able to come round and do the work the following day. He clearly explained the options available to me and explained to me what he as doing at each stage. He took great pride in his work and completed the job to a very high standard and to my complete satisfaction. He was on time, extremely friendly and knowledgable. After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.
