Hard Flooring- 8 May 2019
I was very pleased with Igor’s work on the flooring and under floor heating, so decided to ask Raimundas to quote for a large bathroom, hallway, fitted kitchen, rewiring of all electrics and flooring throughout the rest of the flat. Due to work and my partner living overseas, I needed to trust somebody for a long length of time with my keys and my property. I was able to have a lot of the work done while not in the country, communicating with pictures, videos etc. Obviously this was important for me and made having the work done easier. There were also many problems with the kitchen delivery and other things that didn’t go according to plan. Raimundas was patient and polite at all times, even though it was sometimes rather frustrating. I highly recommend his services, and would definitely consider RR Construction for the next job

Che is reliable with good timekeeping. He replaced silicone in several areas and also removed and replaced cracked grout. I asked him to come back as some of the silicone could have been neater. He did so quickly, freely and politely. I can recommend him as honest and hard working and I am sure if the shower leaks in the near future due to his work, he would repair it free of charge.

The job involved decorating 2 bedrooms, a large hall, landing and stairs. The walls were lined and then emulsioned and all the woodwork was glossed.Cupboard doors were realigned and 13 new door handles fitted. Jeremy's work was of a very high standard throughout, from thorough preparation of surfaces to the smallest finishing touches. He has a very good eye for detail. He was the complete professional; he listened to our ideas, discussed possible improvements with us and carried out the agreed work calmly and competently. He was tidy, organised and focussed and always cleared up at the end of each day. He was totally reliable and always on time - we joked we could set our watches by him. We have asked him to do some more work for us.

I can also do driveway gates and wooden gates, fencing basically I can do quite a lot with my skills and knowledge. I can work all around Essex and some London areas. Neil was amazing! I can’t thank him enough for transforming my space to something I could never have imagined! From perfectly putting up 7 wooden panels and mounting my 65” Samsung Frame TV, to sorting my LED lights and fitting a bathroom cabinet. Everything was done with precision, care and a super friendly attitude. He is very knowledgeable and has an eye for figuring things out! Couldn’t be happier and will most definitely been calling again, highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company. The person who came to inspect and quote the job, isn’t the who is actually performing it and what’s worse is at no point during the inspection or pricing discussions was this communicated. Furthermore, I proceeded to empty my entire loft bedroom after confirming painters were good to start on Monday morning and on Sunday evening was asked if it were possible to renegotiate and that the team was was going to do the job, was no longer available. Absolute shambles and wouldn’t work with Simply Spray, even if they did the job for half price now. Highly recommended to avoid.

Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.
