Unpleasant experience. Unreliable. Accepted to do paint the property for a fee. Once arrived started complaining there some wall cracks and to repair these he wants a day fee of £200 to prepare the walls extra than what we agreed. I had no choice as I needed to finish the painting soon. So I accepted this. Next day phoned me saying he wanted to charge extra money to paint the skirting board and the bannisters in the staircase. I already indicated to him this is part of the painting job. He refused to do it unless paid him extra £550 and to be in advance. I offered him extra £100 as good gesture though it was part of the job I advertised. Refused to accept the offer and left the job doing just 2 rooms and a corridor. Never again
