I have been doing general handyman duties from a very early age at home. I bought my first by-to-let property in 2021 and did majority of the work by myself. Tasks included, carpet removal, flooring installation, complete rewriting of lights and sockets, flooring installation, painting, gardening, hedge trimming, jetting etc so I have experience with electrics, plumbing, and gardening also as well as handy man jobs. I opened a beauty salon in 2022 where I did a complete fit out which included making a partition wall, building and installing a sliding door, flooring, pipework, bespoke shelf creation, wiring, painting, applying vinyl wall sticker, installing ceiling mounted TV, sign fitting, designing etc. I’ve done other jobs helping a friend doing garden levelling, building a bespoke cupboard, door planing etc. I’m based in NW London and prefer to work in this part of London but I can travel to most parts of London to carry out jobs. I never leave a job unfinished and will come back if necessary to finish anything off.

PAINTING & DECORATION PRICE LIST – Labour Only Rooms: • Painting 1 room — £220–£260 • Painting 2 rooms — £400–£500 • Painting 3 rooms — £600–£720 • Painting small hallway — £150–£200 Decoration / Extra Works: • Wallpaper hanging — £10–£15 per m² • Wallpaper removal — £4–£6 per m² • Feature wall / decorative painting — £60–£150 per wall • Skimming / filling walls — £8–£12 per m² • Ceiling decoration / coving painting — £10–£18 per m² • Doors painting — £50–£70 per door • Skirting boards / trims — £5–£8 per linear metre What’s included • Preparation of walls / surfaces • Protection of floors and furniture • Painting (usually 2 coats) • Final clean-up ⚠️ Materials are not included — paint, primer, wallpaper, or brushes are charged separately.
