Decorating is all about prep work, I would spend a decent amount of time before I touch any paint, lots of sanding and small filling is needed for a finish I would put on my portfolio. Painting cannot be rushed either and would allow full drying time and give a light sand inbetween coats. My pricing is based on what type of finish you desire, if your budget is low I can work around that and sacrifice certain areas.
