After accepting the quote a date for proposed works was put forward which we accepted. Ricky cancelled the day before which we were understanding of. He then put forward an alternative date a week later which we also accepted. He then cancelled the day before again. Another few days passed and he then told us he no longer wishes to accept the job. 3 weeks of messing around with Ricky and back to where we started!
