Hi, My name is Steve, after a lifetime as working in building maintenance plumbing and decorating I am making myself available for private work. I won’t be fast or cheap, but I will give you a great quality completed job clean tidy and quiet (well if you can be with a hammer drill). My hourly rate is £40/hr I am sorry it’s so much but with the cost of everything tax, national insurance, cost of fuel, insurance I can’t work for any less. I work during the day for facilities management company with the MOD and so most of my work is done in the evenings or weekends. I am opening up my customer base as I prepare to go self employed full time. I am happy to teach you at the same time as I do my work, so that way you can become self-sufficient in DIY/ handyman.
