Do not hire, Mario seemed like a nice guy who could professionally paint my parents newly renovated house. He seemed trust worthy and honest. We had some newly plastered walls that needed painting and a new oak bannister and oak doors which needed varnishing. Also the rest of the house needed painting due to building work having been carried out. Mario literally just painted the walls and done some filling but none of the rooms have been finished to a professional standard which we were promised. Mario has not finished the job and we've given him 90% of the money. He did not tidy up. I had to clean the paint from the windows myself. While painting the stairs mario said he needed to cut the carpet slightly as we were having it replaced later but he ripped out the whole carpet and we were left with sharp carpet grippers on the stairs for over a month as the carpet was due to be fitted much later. I had to clean the paint from my parquet flooring myself. No finishing touches have been done, the cutting around the windows and doors has not been done properly. No sanding around the skirting board. No attempt has been made to make the work look professional. No one room has been finshed completely. I have now had to post the job again. Mario was unable to put coving on professionally so i had to pay another builder to put it. Even though i had paid mario for the work. Overall the walls which were painted are not smooth and the job has not been finished even though i contacted mario

Josh did an exceptional job paving our garden over the weekend to help us get it finished earlier. They worked really hard all weekend to get it done and didn’t cut any corners, it was great to have two hard working kind people here. Would definitely work with them again.

Job done by Bizy Construction Ltd, Was done to the highest standard every team member was very polite and helpful. All the work was done using in house trade person nothing was contracted out so all the work went very smoothly. New kitchen/rear extension excellent. My wife and I are very pleased with all the work done by Bizy Construction Ltd, and would use them again. We would recommend them to anyone who need a reliable building/construction company. Zied was excellent give us advice and idea as if he was a private adviser. Which we appreciate and valued I can’t praise the workmanship enough or find any thing to complain. Ioan painted the exterior of our garden building and did a fantastic job. He was punctual, always arriving by 0800 in the morning and worked hard all day, barely stopping for lunch. He very rarely stopped for breaks no matter how many times I offered tea or coffee. He has an excellent work ethic and because of how hard he worked and the wonderful job he did we also asked him to quote to paint the exterior rear and side windows of our house. His quote was very reasonable and so once he had finished painting the garden building we asked him to paint the house too which he did to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the results and would happily use Ioan again. We also had electricians working on site whilst he was here and he was very accommodating whilst working alongside them. Thank you very much Ioan for a job very well done.
