I hired John because he said he had many years experience. I was hoping for a no nonsense quality job. Instead I got an average quality job from a disorganised, very grumpy individual. We asked for extras to be done beyond the original agreement but I paid him very generously, and more, for the extras without questions. Foolishly, I paid him in full before the snagging and touch-ups were done because he said he need the cash. I trusted him but he never came back to complete the job. My partner and I were only ever polite and respectful to him while he was in our house but when I contacted him to finish the job, he just slagged me off without any explanation. Now he refuses to take calls or reply to messages. So if you're looking for a mediocre paint job from a moany, resentful, negative man who will leave you in the lurch at first opportunity, then John's the man for you! You have been warned. Never pay a tradesman in full until you're 100% happy the job is complete!

Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

Shah and his team did an amazing job they came in started the job straight away and we had informed them we was on a time limit as we have to open the doors as soon as. We had asked for few jobs to completed and it was done to the highest quality as possible. the building is spread over three floors and we required it to be painted for each room and hall ways as well as the communal rooms. we needed a commercial kitchen fitted in and ready for the chef. The flooring was sourced by the team and was done really well. there was no bumps or odd designs compared to others we have hired in the pass. Would recommend this team to anyone as they went beyond the expectations. As i live very close to the premises I could tell they started early and left late throughout the 5 days. Best bit was the fact that we didn't need to clean at the end at all it was spotless. 5 Star team !!!
