We bought a Victorian terraced house that was in complete need of refurbishment. Nearly everything had to be gutted and rebuilt/replaced. It was a job which took just over a month. During the course of the build we changed our mind on a number of things and some structural issues came to light. It was only our second home and we are a young couple who hadn't done work before on a property. We got several quotes and felt most comfortable with Beka and Gocha. From the very start, Beka and Gocha could not have done more. They gave us lots of their time before the project started and gave helpful advice. Once they started, they had 5 - 6 people on site 6 days per week, including some Bank Holidays. They kept in constant touch with updates and answered all of our questions. As problems arose, they gave us honest, professional advice and helped us find commercial, sensible solutions. We changed our mind on a few plans during the project and they were hugely flexible & patient The quality of their work was superb, they are utterly meticulous and went above and beyond and we were delighted with the results. They replaced our bathroom, strengthened the joices, replaced all the light fittings and switches, rebuit a staircase, Bannisters and ceiling, decorated the whole property, built cabinets and built in wardrobes for us and restored exterior wood and windows. I have recommended them to quite a few of my friends and will do so again in the future.

We hired Lawrence to paint all the skirting boards, architraves, windows frame and doors in our two bedroom apartment and we are really happy with his work. Beside doing a really good job, he was reliable and delivered on time, was really clean and tidy, did it for a reasonable price, and he’a a lovely guy to have around.
