Lawrence was amazing! He was prompt, friendly and polite, and incredibly efficient throughout the project. The project was very reasonably priced and he does excellent work with great attention to detail. He was also very good at making sure to work around our furniture, plants and decorations and leaving the place tidy once complete. In addition, Lawrence was extremely helpful in sorting out a few other projects outside of the one he was originally hired for and offering advice on other items, which we are incredibly grateful for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I know I'll be going directly to him for future projects!

Maldiny’s team carried out external redecoration / restoration of a substantial four storey Georgian house in Blackheath, to an exceptionally high standard. Maldiny is an absolute professional, who attended site regularly throughout the day to supervise his tradesman and check that I was happy with progress. His team are clearly skilled, as the work included reinstating period masonry features, restoring a lot of sash windows and refurbishing a very rusty metal staircase. What impressed me most, was Maldiny’s flexibly to reorganise his work around the scaffolding contractors (not his firm), who were late finishing and the needs / wishes of the six flat owners. I would strongly recommend MC’s Building Services and I know they have had interest from another, similar house in the road. The final thing I would add is that Maldiny always responds promptly to calls / messages and things don’t get forgotten - a rarity, in my experience!

Brilliant job. Rafal provided a quote with very short notice in the evening (1 hour!) and shuffled things around to fit us in, starting just a day later. He and his colleague worked extended hours for us (including the weekend) to meet our very challenging deadline. The job was for a large three bedroom house. He painted three bedrooms, two receptions, two bathrooms, the hallway and landing, the kitchen and utility - basically the whole house top to bottom. All of this was to a really great standard (five coats in some areas to cover our previous very dark paint with white). Great attention to detail - filling and sanding areas we'd previously just painted over to make sure the finish was consistent and high quality, caulking around windows and tidying up hairline cracks in the ceilings and walls. The place clean and tidy as he worked, left the place clean when he left. Kept to the price agreed (despite the extra work to cover the dark colours). We extended the job with some additional external work at our request that he completed along with the whole job to finish everything together in one go. Really, really good job. Highly recommended - will definitely use again.

We hired Mario to decorate our home after major kitchen extension works. He and his team have done a brilliant job and in a reasonable timeframe. From our initial consultation meeting, they were thorough, professional, friendly, polite and tidy. We were so happy with their work that we asked them to fit our new herringbone parquet floor. The work required much attention to detail and the finished product is beautiful and perfectly fitted - the floor looks stunning. They replaced pipes from a cast iron Victorian radiator in order to neatly fit it correctly onto the new floor and made sure the central heating was working properly afterward with thorough testing. They even completed some extra jobs that needed attention, left over by the previous workers. We would recommend Mario and his team to anyone and we will definitely use them in the future. Two Happy customers!
