The radiators do not work , I asked him to refund or pay some money back .He refused outright! The boiler is leaking bucket full of water .He started by cutting pipes & removing the filter & putting a loop on it . He then told me to fill up the pressure up to 1 , I did this . By the next morning it leaks out all the water. He said it’s the value inside boiler & these stupid old boilers , you can’t get to the value . He wanted another £400 to repair it & then said £800 for a new one . He never told me to get a new boiler at the start , he told me after he had damaged it. He’s a cowboy ! he said he had nightmares , as he knew it was an issue now that the boiler was broken by him. He came back & put a stop end on the end of the overheating pipe as this didn’t stop the leak. I asked for a refund as has broken my boiler as it was working before he came . There was no leaks anywhere . It went from £60 to £180 .I paid him . He’s not a reasonable person , he told me to get another plumber . I feel he has scammed me of a lot of money & caused me a lot of stress & upset 😢 All he needs to do is refund my money as the central heating dosnt work & I have no heat & now I have a broken boiler . It’s not right, I was kind to him & gave him homemade apple pie & tea & we got on really well & I offered him more work. It’s wrong & he knows it, he’s ripped me off! He’s scammed me of £180 pounds . A good tradesman would refund me my money. I got no heat & a broken boiler .

I have a qualified bricklayer, electrician, plumber and others on my team who are happy to help. All works done by us coming with warranty and insurance.Dear potential client beware that we do not undertake structural building works without architectural drawings, structural engineer calculations etc. No time wasters please!

Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!

The walls had some imperfections that were not prepped for painting. Having worked with other decorators, I expected the walls to be properly prepped and sanded where needed. I am having to find someone else to sand down the walls and repaint.

Under no circumstances should this guy ever be working in people’s homes. He was booked to paint hall, stairs, landing, including ceilings and woodwork. He didn't undercoat properly and only put one thin coat of top paint on the walls. There were huge missed patches everywhere. He didn’t paint the ceilings or sand down the woodwork before painting. He crowbarred the stair rail off and fixed it to the opposite wall with huge, sticking out odd screws. He then asked if I would pay the balance as he had bills to pay and left the place in a mess as, evidently my hoover wasn’t powerful enough. I am 80 years old and, stupidly I did. He is a scammer and I wouldn’t want anybody else being caught out like me. I have photos if you need proof and my daughter has had to book time off work to come put right his dreadful work. If you value the “my builder” name, I would never, never recommend him.
