I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. Not only did he do each aspect of his job to a high standard, his knowledge and advice went a long way in helping to make repairs we had not identified but were much needed. He offers a very reasonable quote and clearly cares about his work. He has excellent time management, commitment, is reliable and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

The job was for exterior and interior (including a lot of plaster repair) work. A team of 3 showed up on time and completed everything in a few days. Standard of work is very high. Update 2 July: I take back what I said before. The repair work on the interior is a complete failure, all the cracks are opening up again. Did not use tape and adhesive like I suggested. The finish on those repairs does not match the surrounding area. They told me a bunch of lies regarding their abilities. I spent 3 hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. Did not use dust sheets to protect rugs and handrails. For the exterior I told them to use black wood stain, they used black paint, which I definitely did not want. I have to get someone else to do the repairs again. Just another cowboy outfit.

Refresh/paint the skirting boards, door frames, architraves and window cills. After responding extremely swiftly to my requirements for a painter, Arash sent me a competitive quote. The work was carried out within a couple of days, he used quality materials and the finish was of a very high standard. We did not need to cover any furniture he did an amazing job of this and kept everything paint free. He was efficient in replying back to messages and arrived promptly every day. Oleksandr and his team competed a hallway+stairs redecoration, including stripping existing (4 layers) of paint from doors and frames - very time consuming! however they were professional to the end, a pleasure to have working in our house and even accommodated a last minute request to redecorate a small wc. Good advice also given on overall approach and communication from team was brilliant. All quotes/contracts provide for in advance so there's no confusion. Would definitely recommend and use again for our next project.

Highly recommend Kaylum, he ripped out the old sub-floor and fitted a new sub-floor along with new Engineered wood flooring in all of the bedrooms and hallway. Quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. His colleague then decorated all the rooms beautifully once the floor was installed - really happy with the end result.
