I asked for someone to remove my apple tree to replant it - I briefed him before he started and he agreed that he understood what I wanted - the whole tree with the roots so it can be replanted in my new garden. Instead he butchered my dead son’s tree - he cut it into pieces and handed me the bag of branches and bits of trunk I was so upset - he is the worst gardener I have ever dealt with and would not recommend him at all!! He was more concerned with getting me to hire him and his wife for building work and house cleaning I was left in tears and he said “oh well”
