Hubert in the beginning was good (only till initial payment is made). after that He didnt update on progress or doesnt lift calls. Painting job-instead of sanding it and then applying coats. for few doors sanding was not done and the paint was applied directly which came off after its dried. Painting in the boiler room was not done as agreed. For 2 walls, only 1 blue coating was done. Can see some spots on the blue walls which would not have been there if coated twice. Flooring job is the nightmare, The floor was sanded but did not apply the wooden coat next day as promised and he did not come back or receive calls. I could not move in due to this and had to extend my stay in my old flat for which I had to pay ££ for a week He took my 10 extra ceiling downlights which are worth £100. How can he take them without asking me? they left my big sofa in balcony, dint bring it in, which was later drenched in rain and became unhygienic. i received a notice from council. If the work doesn’t finish on time in order to cover his inefficient skills he makes excuses. he is neither a professional nor skilled worker. his focus is on money rather than finishing job as per customer needs. Overall the work is of poor standard and low quality. I would not recommend him. made a mistake to hire him. because of their incompetency I lost £££ and had to go through a lot of metal stress, loss of time and money. In the end I had to advertise again to finish their half baked jobs.

DO NOT HIRE SEAN, he is the most unprofessional decorator I have ever met. He was sacked from this job. Key issues were: * He did not sufficiently prep the external woodwork and slapped paint on. It will now have to be stripped and done again. * He painted a window shut. *He a broke a window and is refusing to pay for it, despite the fact I have photographic evidence that shows the window was not broken when he started the job. * His invoice did not mention the total amount was less VAT. He then asked for more money to cover the VAT but the invoice did not have a VAT number on it. This is against the law. * He went behind my back to tell a sob story to my partner and manged to get part payment for the job, so I am now out of pocket. * He told me to job would take four days then stretched it over a week and a half.

Gabriel Sandu is an excellent builder. He completed my chimney breast by installing acoustic wall panels. He also mounted the TV, a soundbar and fireplace on the wall. I was really impressed with the job. He had excellent communication. So you were aware at all times. He is well-mannered and very respectful. I will definitely be hiring him again to complete a few jobs in my house.

Dan was very polite and communicative from start to finish, and always gave the impression he would go the extra mile to get the job done. His work on the advertised project was efficient, professional, and completed to a very high standard. He even offered to reduce some of his costs when part of the works unexpectedly went over schedule, which was very kind of him. Everything went like clockwork from the promptness of their quote to when the works started to the completed project. Both Andres and his uncle were very polite and considerate working a full day and leaving everything clean and tidy when leaving . I would definitely recommend Casablanca and use them again . Very professional and they get the job done to a high standard.

We were very pleased with Mustafa and his son's work. He did a good job painting our walls and ceilings. There was a lot of covering up furniture, stripped pine woodwork etc. to avoid paint splashes. They were very careful and professional. Arrived when they said they would, did the job for the agreed price and finished in the three days that they quoted me. We would definitely ask them to do work for us again.
