I'm an self employed painter and decorator. I have around 10 years experience. I have been doing painting and maintenance jobs for companies, agencies and private. Normally I take all painting jobs with basic maintenance including. (Ex. Replace silicons ,repear after leeks,stains and other ).

I paint houses and flats, using water based paint system for walls and ceilings and oil based paint for doors and other wordworks. I hang wallpaper and paint it if needed. I fill gaps and holes on the walls and sand the filler down to smooth it up before painting them. I do tiling and grouting after removing old tiles and clean off the old tile adhesive and grout. I always work neatly and tidy using dust sheets to cover up furnitures and other important things in the property.
