Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Ali is amazing. His work is excellent. He is a carpenter and he does everything. Ali removed doors and framed and replaced with new fire doors. Handles and locks. He used those all in one privacy locks that are built into the handle for bathroom. He also bonded and filled the walls.he installed our composite decking on an aluminium frame. He has so much knowledge. He also has a team that of painters and plasterers. He will be making a built in cupboard under the stair and in the bedroom. He will also do a line of outdoor patio tiles that will be set after the decking so grass does not grow up the decking. He is so polite. Respectful. A very nice family man. He did what he said and more. He turned up on time. No delays. No problems. FANTASTIC.

We recently had Greg to work on various projects around our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the start, Greg was friendly and attentive, taking the time to carefully listen to our requirements and understand exactly what we needed. He was punctual every day and made sure to leave the place clean at end of each day. Throughout the various works, Greg frequently checked in to ensure that our expectations were being met. He even went above and beyond by identifying a few additional issues around the house and took the initiative to fix them. Greg worked on cleaning our decking, patio, and driveway, as well as painting our front door and repairing our cracked ceilings. Everything was completed to a high standard. When we needed Greg to return to fix something minor, he responded promptly and resolved the issue as soon as he could. I hired John to repaint my rental house to which he did a great job and quickly. I needed my bathroom done also so he said it was something he could take on with the help of his plumber friend Iain having looked tirelessly . I bought all the materials and the work began. Today I returned to the property to see the work and was shocked at the job done! I feel swindled. The tiles are not all cemented down properly, the sink bottom isn’t even ceiled onto the tiles or basin, the cermet is falling off the walls and the entrance to the bathroom is a health hazard as their is no door stop or filing down so your toes can literally get caught underneath the tiling. The bath tiling is sharp and unsafe for children/ adults also. I’ve called over 15 times today, sent text messages and images which have all been read, simply asking for an explaination. Aside from other handy work small issues he said he’d commit too, I’m extremely disappointed at John’s lack of integrity and help in rectifying this. A major mistake on my part for paying for the work having not seen it, because of the good rapport I thought we had built!

Billy and Dave were very flexible around our availability, and extended the time rather than complete to a low standard. Communication was great, they were always in good spirits, and they helped us out both by getting trade discounts on paint and with arranging the key return when we had difficulties. Overall they know what they are doing, get on with it, and complete to a good standard.
