Marius is a delight to have worked for us. He is polite, tidy and very efficient and professional in his painting! He works late on weekends and was prepared to come back late in the evening to help move back our heavy sofa back in our dining/breakfast room once floor paint had dried. A very kind hearted gentleman who is willing to go that extra mile for you and he makes sure he is satisfied with his job before he leaves. He is easy to talk to and makes the time to talk to you when he's busy elsewhere. I would definitely be in touch with him for other painting tasks that arise in the future as no job is too big or too small for him to tackle! I would highly recommend him. Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!

I have hired David to re-paint my flat prior to renting it out. He gave me a free quote and detailed it as requested. The job was planned for two days, on the starting day David came as agreed and he was spot on time. He went to work straight away, starting with covering the floor. I have a wooden floor and it was important to keep any paint away from it. When David started painting, he informed me that the colour, also ordered with the original code, was not matching. David had to paint all walls rather than just some, as was agreed. Because of this, we agreed to add another day for him to finish the job. I was lucky to have hired such a flexible and understanding tradesman. David finished on the third day way before the agreed deadline. Davids work is of great quality, paint is well applied and looks great. He is timely and reliable. He kept the place tidy and clean at all time, he stored away tools and he looked after my floor as requested. He informed me about all issues and offered valuable advice how to solve them. He is very positive, listens to requests, gives advice and is generally driven by a can-do attitude. I recommend him strongly and will use his service again if required.

Dimche responded to the ad, arrived and fixed the issue on the same day. He pointed out the root cause of the leak and recommended a different connector to the one used by the original builder. As the pipes were made fairly inaccessible by subsequent decorators, he had to cut through the plasterboard to get access and connect everything. The fixed price agreed upfront was adhered to despite the job ended up being not just strict plumbing. I was initially a bit reticent to hire not seeing any reviews (this is due to him using the site to fill the gaps in regular work), but it worked out very well and I've already discussed another potential job in our house. Well recommended!

We strongly regret choosing Frank and his team for this job. After 12 weeks we agreed to end the job, it was not 100% finished but we were not satisfied with the level of workmanship or the time it was taking. Much of the time delay was caused by poor management; lack of communication, poor resourcing and a string of different contractors. The workmanship of some of the contractors was pitiful, much of the work had to be re-done, in some instances we had to accept cash settlements and are having to live with several defects. We had to spend much of our own time communicating our needs to the many different contractors. It was very difficult to get Frank to visit the site or even answer the phone. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of this job and would not recommend Frank and his company.
