Sean seemed super motivated and engaged when he came around to see the job, sharing with us that 2 people would be coming around the following week. A few days later, we received a message saying there will only be one to come around on Friday which was ok. On Thursday we were notified that the person would not be able to come around and he could now do Monday. (We stayed at home on Friday due to our agreement). When we asked if Monday was going ahead, Sean wrote that there won't be anyone able to do the job now at all as they are engaged in other projects. That's really disappointing customer service and leaves us with a job undone.
