Lee came to view the door for painting. We agreed on a price and he agreed on a start day. Unfortunately he cancelled the agreed start day the evening before and said something had come up, after several attempts to contact Lee I have given up several days later. His price was Fair and he was mannerly and polite when calling to the property. I hope his communication skills improve to customers.
