An excellent job done with exemplary care and attention to detail. what was even better was the little extras - cleaning , not just tidying and of his own initiative touching up some wood work ( not in the job spec but just being helpful an caring). The best tradesman i have dealt with in so long. I will be recommending him to my friends and neighbours and i will be using Tomas again

WILLAM OF AG GROUP ORIGINALLY QUOTED MY BATHROOM AND LOST THE PROJECT BECAUSE OF TIME SCALE NOT PRICE. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY PROMISE THEY COULD DO PROJECT IN 10 DAYS. WILLIAM SAID HE COULD DO IT IN 4 WEEKS WITH 2 TEAMS. SO BEARING IN MIND TIMING WAS IMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAVE A NEW BORN BABY I WENT WITH 10 DAYS. HOWEVER WILLIAM DID DO ANOTHER PROJECT ON MY ROOF THAT WAS PERFECT AND FINISHED EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID. WELL THE COMPANY THAT SAID 10 DAYS WERE STILL THERE 7 WEEKS LATER AND THERE WERE COUNTLESS ERRORS A TOTAL DISASTER. FORTUNATELY I TOOK WILLIAMS ADVICE AND ONLY PAID 50% UNTIL JOB WAS COMPLETE FINALLY I CALLED WILLIAM BACK AND THREW THE ORIGINAL COMPANY OFF THE PROJECT WILLIAM PUT HIS TOP FIXER ON THE JOB GEORGE WELL GEORGE WAS AMAZING HE MUST OF HAD 30 TO 40 MISTAKES TO PUT RIGHT. AFTER 1 DAY I REALISED GEORGE WAS THE GUY TO SAVE THE DAY WILLIAM IS AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR AND WOULD CALL ME EVERY DAY TO ENSURE I WAS HAPPY. GEORGES ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS INCREDIBLE AG GROUP CANNOT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AG GROUP HAVE SPECIALISTS IN EVERY FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION I HAVE FUTURE PROJECTS I AM PLANNING AND I KNOW WHERE TO GO I HAVE SPENT TIME ON THIS REVIEW AS I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE END RESULT SO IF YOU NEED A PROJECT DONE LOOK NO FURTHER THAN WILLIAM OF AG GROUP.

Simon was very easy to work with. He was professional, polite and very helpful. He came over at short notice to quote, take paint samples to match to existing paintwork, and even offered to do the work over the weekend so that it was ready for new tenants to move in. He did a great job and left the flat clean and tidy, and most importantly, came in on budget. Would highly recommend.

The carpenter dropped the job in the middle of works undertaken and left us with a totally dusty house. Particularly microdust is really unhealthy and Daniel and his colleauge simply left us with the dust. I had to go and stay in a hotel because it is so dirty and filthy. They also made stains on the walls and over hundred year olf antique furniture was stained, alongside microdust everwhere. The job was not completed. Daniel walked away without giving any notice. I cannot recommend this carpenter. He left without giving any notice, he did not treat my house with respect and he did not adequately protect the furniture, walls and floor. He also uses old machinery that sprays dust around, I understand there are sanding machines that collect the dust internally, but Daniel does not have such a machine. When I feared that we could be exposed to lead from old paint he dismissed my health concern without undertaking adequate health checks and said 'he does not smell any leak.' Seriously?
