Hammid made it possible for me to choose him by being flexible. We discussed doing the job asap, but the ordered taps & bathroom tap unit took time to be delivered, meaning we had to wait days. I like that Hammid was helpful in sending a couple of links to taps that could really suit my new quality bathroom vanity unit. It it fitted now and looks great. Afterwards there was a slow leak, and the water needed to be turned back on to get full water pressure as before. This was sorted by Hammid sending the plumber back the next day and the outstanding issues, quality check and water/slow leak was all sorted out. I liked that the plumber notified me that any issues, contact them as the works are guaranteed. It took slightly longer yet I do appreciate that now I have a quality unit installed in my bathroom and that it looks great with the taps that Hammid had recommended. Polite, respectful communication. All Issues ironed out. Therefore I would definitely recommend Hammid and team.

Martin was absolutely a gem. He took on a job from another con-artist so called decorater who destroyed £5,000 Zoffany Wallpaper, wrong paste & blunt Stanley-knife.Interior-Decorater JL Did not reimburse because Decorater at fault! I was distressed, First time ever used My-Builder Wonderful experience happy to say all 5-quotes and workmen happy to attend to give quotes I went with the middle, aswell Martin’s passion of knowledge with wallpaper. Happy to say his our future decorator with Wallpaper. Our daughter already has passed his details to her friends. My husband wants us to give Martin & Michael 100% excellent review for work and value for money. Martin kept to time, date, tidying up everything after leaving with care & considering it’s his own home delicate and respect.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!
